Every year, SFR runs a number of classroom courses for novice field staff and for nutritionists just starting out. These courses have a fixed program, but within the training there is plenty of room for mutual discussion.


The basics training courses focus on novice nutritionists. Upon completion of the training, participants will have laid a good foundation for the rest of their careers.

The nutritionist trainings focus on recently started nutritionists. Knowledge of the basic principles training is considered to be known either through participation in the basic principles training or through prior education.
