As ICT Business Partner, you will be a strategic ICT leader and trusted partner to management and business leaders. You ensure reliable and secure ICT services while at the same time leading our digital transformation agenda. You align technology with SFR’s ambitions for international growth, operational efficiency, and turning research results into practical, data-based solutions for our clients.

You will design and implement our ICT and digital roadmap, champion innovation, and unlock the full value of our research data. With strong communication skills and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset, you inspire colleagues, ensure adoption of new technologies, and make ICT a true enabler of business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a strategic ICT business partner, translating business objectives into innovative and practical ICT solutions.
Develop and execute an ICT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with SFR’s mission, values, and international growth ambitions.
Lead and inspire the ICT team, fostering a proactive, service-oriented, and business-driven culture.
Implement modern digital tools, AI applications, automation, and cloud solutions to boost efficiency, security, and collaboration.
Build and manage a secure, scalable data warehouse, unlocking research data for both scientific and commercial use.
Drive the transition from Excel-based research outputs to smart, client-facing applications that create measurable impact.
Ensure ICT governance, vendor management, and budgeting are robust, cost-effective, and future proof.
Champion change management, ensuring smooth adoption of digital technologies across all levels of the organization.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure ICT delivers clear ROI and measurable business impact.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as ICT Manager, Business Partner, or Digital Transformation Lead.
Strong track record in digitalization, process automation, AI opportunities, and data-driven business models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to connect, influence, and inspire at all levels.
Advanced university degree in IT, Information management or related science field.
Strategic thinker with pragmatic execution skills; entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are an advantage).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, integration technologies (APIs), ICT infrastructure, and security best practices.
