To continue our growth and strengthen our role in the agri-food sector, we are looking for an ICT Business Partner who will act as a strategic business leader and drive our transformation from a classical IT environment towards a modern, data-driven organization.

As an ICT Manager, you will be responsible for our IT environment end-to-end. You will manage the entire infrastructure: from servers and network security to digital workspaces such as laptops, mobile devices, and other end-user resources.

You will also own our Active Directory environment and access control. You will work daily with Microsoft 365 (Office, Azure, Power Platform) and tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Exchange. You will also ensure optimal collaboration with our external ICT partners and monitor the quality and progress of their services.

Our ICT landscape is undergoing a transition. We are developing into a compact and professional ICT team in which you will play a central role. Important projects are planned for the coming period, such as the migration to Intune, the redesign of our network, and the further modernization of our digital work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems administration, including:
– Infrastructure (APs, switches, cabling, monitoring via UniFi)
– Server management (NAS, Hyper-V, VMs, and more)
– Stable and lab automation, primarily logging in and determining routing
M365 Office administration (applications)
M365 Platform administration:
– Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange
– Entra, Security, Compliance, Policy
In addition, you will perform tasks such as:
– Azure administration (VMs, Enterprise Apps, Entra)
– Disruptions (network, endpoints, etc.)
You will directly contribute to strengthening our digital environment.
You will play a key role in implementing modern technology and innovation within our organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A completed MBO level 4 education or higher with at least 2 years of work experience in IT
Experience with system administration
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory (IAM), M365, and Azure
Recent training (e.g., MD-102/MS-102) and certification are a plus
