Educational Services full of plans for 2025
After a year full of seminars, webinars, courses and training, the Educational Services team is already ready for 2025.
Because sitting back after a successful year is not an option. The product manager of Educational Services, Karin van de Belt, is busy with plans for 2025.
First, a brief look back at 2024. A first highlight for Karin is the masterclass on mycotoxins. It is the first time that SFR organized a masterclass. This consisted of a seminar, a book and several webinars. Customers could choose from the complete package, individual parts or several combination packages. The seminar sold out quite quickly with 100 customers. “We even had to work with a waiting list,” says Karin. ‘It’s a nice design, such a masterclass’, who knows, maybe we’ll do that more often.’
90th anniversary
Furthermore, much of the year was also dedicated to the 90th anniversary. The business event was linked to this, but also the promotion where customers could watch free webinars. In a month and a half, more than 170 hours of video material were reviewed. This promotion will run until the end of January 2025.
SFR has several years of experience in keeping pigs with intact tails. Over the past year, SFR has shared knowledge about this directly with customers and through general webinars.
Feeds & Nutrition
An annual highlight is Feeds & Nutrition, which attracted around 75 visitors this year. Karin looks back on it with a very positive feeling. ‘What I especially like to see is the networking between people. We really bring all kinds of worlds together. People make friendships during this week and find each other much easier afterwards.’
A number of training courses, courses and seminars are also planned for 2025. The Feeds & Nutrition is in 2025 from June 16-20. But in-company training and webinars are also in the pipeline. ‘Last year we saw an increase in the number of in-company training courses. More and more customers see the benefit of in-company training. After a short intake, it often quickly becomes clear what the learning need is and how this learning need can be met. In the future, I see us as a kind of external ‘learning and development department’ for our customers.
