What do we have to offer you?"

Bring innovation to animal nutrition with your programming talent!

Were you raised in the agricultural sector and are you interested in programming and automation? Do you want to contribute to innovations in animal nutrition research by developing a proprietary application? If so, this Software Developer position within the Project Office department is perfect for you!
The Project Office is responsible for implementing the research plan within our own facilities. This means you will not only collaborate with your direct colleagues but also with researchers and animal caretakers.
You will develop and manage our proprietary custom application (trial management system, PMS), which we use to conduct all our research. Initially, the focus will be on pig trials, but this can eventually expand to other animal groups. You’ll work on automation solutions that contribute to more efficient and accurate research.
Don’t have extensive programming knowledge yet but are eager to learn and technically inclined? No problem! We offer the opportunity to train you in software development. Experience is not a requirement; with your agricultural background and interest in automation, we’ll teach you the rest!

What will you do

  • Develop and optimize our proprietary trial management system for desktop, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure a user-friendly interface for researchers, trial coordinators, and animal caretakers.
  • Integrate the application with measuring equipment, sensors, and existing systems.
  • Act as a bridge between different departments to align the application with practical needs.
  • Provide support in implementing and testing new functionalities at the office and our facilities located adjacent to the office
