We are available Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.
* If you have been in an area (20 km Ø) with a contagious animal disease within the last 72 hours, unfortunately you cannot enter our office/site. In this case or in case of doubt, please contact us for more information.
All visitors to the office and animal facilities in Lelystad should sign in at reception using a registration form. Detailed information on our hygiene protocol can be found here.
Supplies for office and laboratory
Deliveries for the office and the laboratory can be made on Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at reception. If you have a delivery outside these hours, please contact your contact person to make arrangements.
Deliveries for farms or technical services
Deliveries for agricultural companies or the technical service are preferably made during office hours (8.00-17.00). If you have a delivery outside these hours, please contact your contact person to make arrangements.
If you actually have to enter the company, you will have to pass the barrier. Before you can pass the barrier, you must contact a member of reception staff via the telephone in the phone box next to the barrier. The reception staff member will give you further instructions and open the barrier for you. If you are unable to contact a reception staff member, because you are delivering outside office hours, for example, you can follow the instructions in the phone box.
