We are available Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.<\/p>\n

* If you have been in an area (20 km \u00d8) with a contagious animal disease within the last 72 hours, unfortunately you cannot enter our office\/site. In this case or in case of doubt, please contact us for more information.<\/p>\n

All visitors to the office and animal facilities in Lelystad should sign in at reception using a registration form. Detailed information on our hygiene protocol<\/a> can be found here.<\/p>\n\t

Supplies for office and laboratory<\/h3>\n

Deliveries for the office and the laboratory can be made on Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at reception. If you have a delivery outside these hours, please contact your contact person to make arrangements.<\/p>\n\t

Deliveries for farms or technical services<\/h3>\n

Deliveries for agricultural companies or the technical service are preferably made during office hours (8.00-17.00). If you have a delivery outside these hours, please contact your contact person to make arrangements.<\/p>\n

If you actually have to enter the company, you will have to pass the barrier. Before you can pass the barrier, you must contact a member of reception staff via the telephone in the phone box next to the barrier. The reception staff member will give you further instructions and open the barrier for you.
